• Please arrive at the location at least 30 minutes before the booking time. Occasional delays can be encountered during the peak season.
• Both the attractions are to be visited on the same day. At the Top as per the scheduled time and the Dubai Aquarium the same day during the operating hours.
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (16+) and a consent form of the parent/s is required. Children aged between 0 and 3 can enter for free.
• Prime time hour timings change over the seasons, please check the booking slots for the most current prime and non-prime hours.
• Note to B2B agents: please be advised that we are currently operating with a 120-day booking window for availability. This means that bookings can only be made up to 120 days before the desired visit date.
• Please note that no-shows and late arrivals will not be eligible for a refund.
• During severe weather conditions, we may need to temporarily close the attraction to ensure your safety. Please understand that we will not be able to offer refunds in case of inclement weather.

On the 31st of December, access will be restricted to all outdoor terraces. That day, the available booking slots are from 05:00 AM to 01:30 PM. The Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo is open from 10:00 AM to 02:00 PM. The attractions expect road closures from the Authorities and limited entry to the Dubai Mall from 02:00 PM onwards.
