• At The Top, Burj Khalifa & Sky Views Observatory are are in 2 different locations in Downtown Dubai.
• Booked tickets are valid only for the specific date and time.
• Both attractions must be visited on the same day: At The Top at the scheduled time, and Sky Views Observatory during its operating hours on that same day.
• Customers must first collect their tickets from the At The Top main counter (LG Level, Dubai Mall) before visiting any Dubai Mall Emaar attractions. Once collected, please proceed to the attraction and present your printed ticket along with your booking confirmation. Exchanged tickets must be presented upon entry and cannot be replaced if lost.
• Please arrive at the location at least 30 minutes before the booked time. Occasional delays can be encountered during the peak season.
• Please arrive on time to ensure a smooth experience.
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (16+) and a consent form of the parent/s is required.
• Children UNDER the age of 3 enter for free.
• No outside food or drink allowed.
• Large bags and/or strollers must be kept at the dedicated luggage counter.
• Sharp items and electronics must be left at the dedicated counter.
• Please check the booking slots for the most current Peak and Non-Peak hours, as timings may vary by season.
• The average time it takes to enjoy At the Top, Burj Khalifa is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. For Level 148, guests are welcome to explore for up to 30 minutes and then to continue to Levels 124 and 125
• During severe weather conditions, we may need to temporarily close the attraction to ensure your safety. Please understand that we will not be able to offer refunds in case of inclement weather.
• The following items are prohibited to carry inside At the Top, Burj Khalifa:
e-cigarettes, laptops, food items, sharp items, Skate shoes or any footwear with wheels, Laptops, Tablets, Electronic cigarettes etc. and baby strollers are not allowed inside the attraction and are to be kept in the luggage room.
SKY VIEWS
The ticket does not include the slide experience or the edge walk; those can be purchased as a supplement directly at the attraction's counter.
Age: Between 12 – 65 years. (Minors under 18 years require the consent of their parent/s in person).
Weight: 30 – 120 kg. Height: Between 120 – 200 cm.
Wear modest and comfortable clothing (no loose dresses, skirts. flip flops, loose footwear, or long and loose scarves).
Please notify the Sky Views Observatory staff of any disability, intellectual or physical, that would prevent you from completing the physical and mental tasks throughout the experience.

Directions for Sky views: Sky Views can be accessed through The Address Sky View, the latest addition to The Address Hotels & Resorts five-star luxury brand. Tower 1, entry point next to the resident entrance. Adjacent to the Dubai Metro and the public walkway system and situated at the junction near Sheikh Zayed Road and The Dubai Mall, Sky Views is a conveniently accessible landmark.

• Access will be restricted to all outdoor terraces on the 31st of December. Available booking slots are from 05:00 AM to 01:30 PM. Sky Views Observatory will be open from 10:00 AM to 01:30 PM. The attractions expect road closures from the Authorities and limited entry to the Dubai Mall from 02:00 PM onwards.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 72 hours prior to the timeslot.Vouchers converted into attraction tickets can't be cancelled and are non-refundable
