• At the Top, Burj Khalifa and Sky Views Observatory are located at two different venues within Downtown Dubai.
• Booked tickets are valid only for the specific date and time selected at the time of booking.
- At the Top SKY (Level 148) – Gold: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (last entry at 6:00 PM)
- Sky Views Observatory: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (last entry at 7:00 PM)
• This is a combo ticket. Both attractions must be visited on the same day. At the Top SKY must be visited at the scheduled time indicated on the ticket, while Sky Views Observatory may be visited during its operating hours on the same day.
• Customers must first collect their tickets from the At the Top main counter (LG Level, Dubai Mall) before visiting the attractions.
• Once exchanged, tickets must be presented upon entry. Lost, damaged, and/or stolen tickets cannot be replaced, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances.
• Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your booked timeslot to allow sufficient time for ticket collection and entry procedures. Delays may occur during peak periods.
• Please arrive on time to ensure a smooth experience.
• Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 years or above. Any required parental consent remains the responsibility of the accompanying adult.
• Children under the age of 3 years enter free of charge.
• No outside food or beverages are permitted.
• The following items are prohibited inside At the Top, Burj Khalifa and must be deposited at the designated luggage/storage counter:

• The average visit duration for At the Top, Burj Khalifa is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Guests visiting Level 148 may enjoy the SKY Lounge experience for approximately 30 minutes before continuing their visit to Levels 124 and 125.
SKY VIEWS OBSERVATORY
• Admission includes access to Sky Views Observatory only. The Glass Slide and Edge Walk experiences are not included and may be purchased separately at the attraction, subject to availability.
• The estimated duration of the Sky Views Observatory experience is approximately 35 to 60 minutes.
• Participants for applicable experiences must meet the following requirements:
- Age: 12 to 65 years
- Guests under 18 years of age require the consent of a parent or legal guardian
- Weight: 30 kg to 120 kg
- Height: 120 cm to 200 cm
• Guests are required to wear comfortable and modest clothing. Loose dresses, skirts, flip-flops, loose footwear, and long loose scarves are not permitted for adventure experiences.
• Guests should notify Sky Views staff of any disability, physical limitation, or medical condition that may affect their ability to safely participate in any attraction experience.
• Guests must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions including, but not limited to, neck or back problems, broken bones, heart conditions, nervous disorders, motion sickness, epilepsy, or pregnancy.
• Directions to Sky Views Observatory:
Sky Views is located within Address Sky View, Tower 1, with the entrance situated next to the residents' entrance. The attraction is conveniently accessible via Dubai Metro, the public walkway system, Sheikh Zayed Road, and Dubai Mall.
• Operating hours, attraction schedules, entry procedures, and guest access are subject to change due to operational requirements, maintenance, special events, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond the supplier's control. In the event of any changes, every reasonable effort will be made to notify guests in advance.
• During severe weather conditions, attractions may be temporarily closed for guest safety. No refunds or compensation will be provided for closures or disruptions resulting from adverse weather conditions.
• Important 31 December Notice:
Access to all outdoor terraces at Burj Khalifa will be unavailable on 31 December. At the Top, Burj Khalifa will operate with limited booking slots from 05:00 AM to 01:30 PM. Due to New Year's Eve crowd management measures, road closures may be enforced by local authorities and access to Dubai Mall may be restricted from 02:00 PM onwards. Guests are strongly advised to arrive early and allow additional travel time.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours prior to the timeslot. Vouchers converted into attraction tickets can't be cancelled and are non-refundable
