Additional Information
Cancellation Policy: You can obtain refunds on unused passes for up to 90 days after purchase. Within the first 14 days you will receive a full refund. If your request falls between day 15 and day 90, your refund will be subject to a processing fee, as outlined in our terms and conditions. If your request falls outside of this 90-day window, you will not be eligible for a refund but will have two years in which to use your pass.
Know before you go
The New York Pass is activated from the first time of use. Once activated you have 1 calendar day (not 24-hours) to use your Pass at however many attractions as you like. We suggest you start early in the morning to get the most out of your pass. Pass inclusions are always subject to change without notice. No refunds can be given in the event of any changes. This Pass can only be used once at each attraction. Please check the guide link: https://newyorkpass.com/en-us/guidebook/great-pass for all of the included attractions and instructions on how to access each one. Please note: the most popular tours and attractions may require advanced reservations. Make sure to place reservations well in advance to avoid disappointment, and visit the relevant attraction site for up to date opening times, particularly when travelling during the holidays.
