Overview
Learn about the world of Kartel as you design a watch that reflects your style. With the team ready to carry out your wishes, you'll customise your watch by selecting from various case designs and choosing a strap that suits your preferences—whether it’s leather, stainless steel, or fabric.
While the team are the ones building the watch, you'll play a pivotal role in designing the watch to your taste. Local whisky, beer, wine and Shortbread are also provided throughout.
Additional Information
Once you receive the confirmation from Virgin Experience days, you will need to have your serial number and pin number at the ready, and then click on "Activate to view booking instructions". This will then ask you to fill in some details, and once your voucher has been activated you will be able to view the full product information and booking instructions.

•Group sizes will not exceed four participants
•The venue is fully wheelchair accessible
Availability
The experience is available seven days a week, 09.00 to 19.00. Exclusions may apply.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

Know before you go
Confirmation from Virgin Experience days will be with you within 72 hours of booking, , you will need to have your serial number and pin number at the ready, and then click on "Activate to view booking instructions". This will then ask you to fill in some details, and once your voucher has been activated you will be able to view the full product information and booking instructions. We recommend booking as far in advance as possible to ensure you get a suitable date, but it will advise of the recommended lead booking time for your exact experience within the product information. All experiences must be booked and taken before their expiry date on the voucher.
