Participant Guidelines & Potential Fees
•Minimum age: 18
•There is a maximum group size of 15 people per tour
•You will need to stay close to your tour group and follow all instructions given by your tour guide at all times
•Guests should be aware that the Griffin Brewery is a working environment and the tour route can be difficult to negotiate. It encompasses hot working areas and vessels, and open heights. There are several flights of stairs and there are few places to sit down, so those with mobility issues may find the tour challenging
Availability
Tours run five times a day Monday to Saturday from 11.00. Exclusions may apply.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

Know before you go
Confirmation from Virgin Experience days will be with you within 72 hours of booking, , you will need to have your serial number and pin number at the ready, and then click on "Activate to view booking instructions". This will then ask you to fill in some details, and once your voucher has been activated you will be able to view the full product information and booking instructions. We recommend booking as far in advance as possible to ensure you get a suitable date, but it will advise of the recommended lead booking time for your exact experience within the product information. All experiences must be booked and taken before their expiry date on the voucher.
