The time on your ticket is the time of the Cruise departure EXCEPT if you purchased the “Miami Skyline Cruise + Everglades Airboat Tour” or “Miami Skyline Cruise with Hotel Pickup and Drop-Off from South Beach” options.
The cruise departs from Dock 1, located the North end of Bayfront Park, just South of Bayside Marketplace and the Miami Sky wheel. Check in with personnel wearing red "Bayfront Cruises” shirts.
Arrive 45 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Check-in closes 10 minutes before the departure time. Cruises cannot be held for latecomers
To reschedule your cruise within 24-hours of departure, call Attractions4Us +1 212 512 0515. Call center hours (EST) are Monday-Friday 8.30AM - 7.30PM; Weekends & Holidays 8.30AM - 8.30PM. There is a $15 per person rescheduling fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability. There are no refunds

The Bus Tours depart from 9.00am - 3.30pm from 305 Lincoln Ave, and 10am - 2.30pm from Bayside Marketplace. Call Attractions4Us in advance to change the day of the Bus Tour.
For " Miami Skyline Cruise + Everglades Airboat Tour" - The time you choose is the Everglades Tour time, Check in at Miami Nice Tours, 305 Lincoln Road, South Beach 15 minutes before departure time. 9AM Everglades are on 4.30pm Cruise. 1PM Everglades are on 8PM Cruise.
For "Skyline Cruise + Double Decker Bus Tour + Everglades Trip" - Bus tour is scheduled the same day as your cruise.
