Top Tips
•Throughout most areas of the attraction, you’ll find chilled drinks and snacks at our retail points, perfect for grabbing on the go.
•Madame Tussauds London is located on Marylebone Road, just a two-minute walk from Baker Street underground station. Baker Street station is on the Bakerloo, Circle, Jubilee, Metropolitan and Hammersmith & City lines, making it a short, easy journey from anywhere on the central London tube network.
•Unfortunately, due to security reasons we are unable to accept suitcases or large items of hand luggage into the attraction. If you arrive with these items, you can leave them in our cloakroom at an additional cost.
We are a cashless attraction. Please be ready to make on-site payments using a ‘contactless’ bank card.

Please note the Spirit of London ride is closed for annual maintenance from the 20th - 31st January.

On selected dates we have adjusted our opening hours, with limited tickets available, to provide a quieter Madame Tussauds London experience that aims to provide a more comfortable visit for those with autism and other sensory requirements

You can reschedule your tickets for free if your plans change
Children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult, aged 18+
All children under 2 require a ticket (free of charge)
Pushchairs must be left in the cloakroom on arrival
Due to security reasons we are unable to accept suitcases or large items of hand luggage into the attraction
Guests using a wheelchair must book a wheelchair timeslot in advance.
Cancellation policy
Ticket can be cancelled up to 24hours before visit date.
